Group Offerings
Everyone deserves to feel a sense of belonging. Group therapy offers a social space for members to be in community, share experiences, receive and give support, learn new things, and celebrate joys and wins. Connecting with others who share similar experiences with neurodivergence can feel immensely validating and supportive. Groups are designed to be neurodivergent-affirming and accommodations are available.
The cost for groups is $30 per meeting. Mainecare accepted and reduced fee options available. Groups meet online via secure video platform.

Autistic women and gender expansive people aged 18+. Those exploring the possibility of Autism diagnosis and self diagnosed individuals are welcome!
Summer session (Registration closed)
Starting late May, meeting virtually every other week for 6 total meetings
Tuesdays 9:45 - 11am OR Thursdays 5:30 - 6:45pm
Registration available for August start dates
Intake phone call required for new group members (typically 15 minutes). Contact us to schedule.
