Self Identification Consultation: Supporting your Neurodivergent Journey

As a clinician who supports the validity of self diagnosis and self identification of neurodivergence, I also recognize that working with a clinician trained in formal diagnostic assessments can feel empowering and supportive. If you are exploring questions about neurodivergence as a potential aspect of your identity, and are looking for direction, clarity, validation, and more questions to reflect on, a Self Identification Consultation may be a good fit for you.

What to Expect

• A brief, complimentary consultation call that will help us determine if this type of support is a good fit for your needs

• One (or more as needed) virtual 50-minute meeting focused on your exploration of neurodivergence

• A space to share what you have learned about neurodivergence, your identity, and how your life experience lines up with an autistic or ADHD experience. Sharing information in multiple formats (pre-written notes, self assessment scores, slideshow, art, etc.) is welcome during session.

• Support and guidance from a clinician experienced in ND-affirming therapy and diagnostic assessment

• Recommendations for ongoing support as applicable

Investment

Self Identification Consultation services are self pay only and available to clients located in Maine at time of service.

Rate: $250 / 50 minute session
